Refund policy

All DuckDuck3D items are final sale. Due to the nature of 3D printed products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Small layer lines, texture differences, and minor imperfections are normal in 3D printed items and are not considered defects.

For replacement requests, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Replacements are approved only after review.
