What are these ducks made of?
Our ducks are made using high-quality, durable PLA filament and are 3D printed with great care and detail.
Are the ducks painted?
No, all colors are printed in 3D, not painted. this ensures vibrant colors that don't chip off.
Do you offer custom ducks?
Yes! we can create custom ducks based on your pet, favorite team, or any idea you have in mind, just message us.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom ducks take a little longer.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from el paso, texas or Columbus NM, and we deliver to all 50 U.S. states.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, if you are interested in a large quantify (FOR EVENTS, GIFTS, OR RESALE) contact us for special pricing.
Can i track my order?
Yes, once your order sships, you'll receive a tracking number. you can also use the "track my duck" section in our menu.
What size are the ducks?
Not all ducks are the same size, it depends on the design, however, most ducks measure around 2 inches or slightly larger.
What's included in the package?
All of our ducks come with a sticker base so you can place them on any surface you like, your dashboard, shelf, desk, or wherever you want your duck to shine, and also include a DUCKDUCK3D logo sticker in case you want to rep the brand on your vehicle or anywhere else!
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
WE DON'T USUALLY OFFER REFUNDS, BUT IF YOUR DUCK ARRIVES VISIBLY DAMAGED, WE'LL SEND YOU A FREE ONE-TIME REPLACEMENT.
NO QUESTIONS ASKED, THIS IS RARE, BUT WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIME CARRIERS DON'T HANDLE PACKAGES WITH CARE.
